Dan began his Real Estate career in the Durham Region in 1989. He quickly established a Real Estate business that has catapulted him to the top. Dan worked his way up the ranks earning awards every year. His award winning selling philosophies are the catalyst of success for his award winning Real Estate Team. His Team currently leads the Toronto Real Estate Board in unit sales (year to date – 2011 IMS Incorporated). Dan has 6 children, five daughters and one son.
I have been in Real Estate since 2001. I started in new home sales and was very successful. I have been on the Dan Plowman Team since 2006. In college I received a diploma in International business which has allowed me to use this knowledge in helping the vast range of clients I have dealt with over the years.
I am married and have 3 children. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family.
I have been a fully licensed Sales Representative since 2003 with the Dan Plowman Team. I've been the Top Sales Respresentative on The Team for number of houses sold since 2003. My goal is to better myself every year and help to make The Dan Plowman Team the #1 Team in Canada. In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer and basketball, working out at the gym and traveling from time to time.
I have been in Real Estate since 2004 and have been successfully selling real estate with the Dan Plowman Team since 2005. In addition to my real estate career I am also involved with Dan Plowman Team Systems as the Master of Ceremonies.
My spare time is spent with my wonderful husband and 2 amazing boys.

I began my career with the Dan Plowman Team in '03. With an extensive background in Financial Advice and Lending I'm able to help clients use current market conditions in their favor. Through leveraging the power of our Team Systems I enjoy turning my clients questions into answers and making the buying and selling process an enjoyable one. On a personal note I am married with two wonderful children and enjoy the outdoors, Indy Cart Racing and getting on the water when ever possible!!
A love of Real Estate Investment is what led me to the world of residential resale. The Dan Plowman Team has provided the perfect environment to combine my background in psychology, property management, and investment.
I enjoy travel, am an avid reader, and a mother of two exceptional children.
I have been licensed since 2009. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the Dan Plowman Team, and I believe a team environment brings out my best qualities. I have lived in Ajax, Oshawa, & Whitby in the Durham Region, so I know the area well. I have also lived in Toronto. In my free time, I like to keep active by playing soccer and snowboarding.
I have been in Real Estate since 1991 and have worked in all aspects of the business. I am currently the Director of Operation on the Dan Plowman Team. On a personal note, I married my high School sweetheart and we have 2 lovely daughters and of course a golden retriever.
My free time in spent in a cold hockey arena somewhere across Ontario with my Husband and the Girls.
Born and raised in Whitby, market knowledge and values are important to me! My background as a consultant across North America brought me many opportunities to witness the dynamics of the Real Estate Market. After being Dan's client many times, I became a licensed Sales Representative and was honoured to join Dan with his #1 Team. In my home life, my wife and I are proud parents to our little girl. We enjoy golf, travelling, great food, and investing in Real Estate. Happy clients are my priority!
I started my career in Real Estate in 2008 working for the Ontario Real Estate Association where I gained valuable knowledge about the industry. This eventually led me to joining The Dan Plowman team. In my spare time I can either be found at the gym, cycling, skiing or with family or friends at the cottage.
Jeff has 20 years of sales experience and 12 years as a successful Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative and have lived in the Durham Region for 33 years. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf as well as hockey in his limited spare time.
I am very excited to have joined the Dan Plowman Team. My focus is to help others find their dream home. I love the team environment and believe that it helps us bring the best possible service to all of our clients.
I am married to my best friend and we have four amazing sons and a teacup yorkie. We spend our spare time in cold hockey rink and traveling to warm destinations.
We at the Dan Plowman Team are happy to have Shannon on our Admin Team. Shannon brings years of experience dealing with the public, including teaching in private schools for 5 years. On a personal side, Shannon ran a karate school, has taught martial arts and is married with 2 daughters.

I started my career in real estate in 2001 working on the legal side of transactions. In 2007, I joined The Dan Plowman Team and instantly it felt like a ‘family’.
I am married with one child. In my spare time, I like to read, garden, golf & play softball.
New to the world of real estate, I joined The Dan Plowman Team in 2011 and instantly felt like part of the team. Along with working with The Team, I am currently furthering my education, working towards earning my diploma in accounting.
While studying takes up most of my time, my free time consists of playing lacrosse, cooking, and reading a good book.
Hayley is a recent graduate from Lakehead University where she studied English and History. Since graduating she has divided into the administrative role of Real Estate and is thoroughly enjoying it thus far. Through her assisting career, Hayley has been able to grow by gaining experience within the realm of Real Estate. In her spare time, Hayley can be found spending time with her friends and family, travelling and enjoying the outdoors.

New to Real Estate, I joined the Dan Plowman Team in January 2013. Previously a financial advisor, I brought an extensive background in customer service to the team.
I spend my free time horseback riding or taking my golden retriever to the park.
I joined The Dan Plowman Team in 2011 and immediately felt like part of the team. I studied Advertising, Sales and Marketing at Loyalist College. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, watching baseball and relaxing with friends.
