The Valleylands Floor Plans
The Valleylands at Sixteen Mile Creek is divided into 3 lot sizes: the 30', the 36', and the 43'. The plan will include a mixture of all three, but primarily 43' and 36' lots. Each lot type is then separated into different detached home styles, of which there are elevation A, B, an C options to choose from. Square footage ranges from around 1,250 to 3,300 square foot, depending on the home style.
