Steve Slinn was my Agent who worked with me tirelessly to find the right neighbourhood and home for me and my children. I recently had the pleasure of working with Steven Slinn from the Dan Plowman Team  and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was very nervous about the sale of my home, there was already 3 other homes up for sale on the street, and 2 of them had been up for a couple weeks already. We approached Glenn Kho about a year ago because we were thinking casually about downsizing from our large home of of 40 years to a condo. Glenn regularly sent us listings but nothing really piqued our interest until last March when we found the perfect condo. Then things really started moving!! Glenn guided us through the Agreement of Purchase (40 years is a long time to be out of the real estate market and things have changed!!). He then helped us get our house on the market. As first-time homebuyers, my boyfriend and I knew literally nothing about the process of buying a home - just that we wanted to do it. Beyond that, we have about as much knowledge as a pig knows about nuclear science. It was that bad, and I admit - we were pretty picky and neurotic the entire time.

Enter Dan Plowman Team. Pretty much the most awesome human being in the realtor world. On our first meeting, they sat us down, explained the beginning of the process, ran through literally every aspect of the first steps in clear, easy-to-understand terms, and answered all of our questions. All of them. There were a lot. Once we felt a little more comfortable with the process, probably several hours later, (thank you for your infinite patience, Dan Plowman Team!) they informed us of their 'right to bother me' policy. "Text or call me anytime you have questions!" they said. "I'll answer as soon as I can no matter when it is."

And oh, did they. Dan Plowman Team, you poor thing. You had no idea what you were getting into.

Whenever we had a question, Dan Plowman Team was there. When we were curious about a random listing or home we had seen for sale, we'd text them. And they'd reply in minutes. Whenever we had a completely unrelated question that took an entire wall of text to ask regarding market prices, we'd text them. And they'd reply in minutes. Whenever my boyfriend would wake up at 3 o'clock A.M., drenched in a cold sweat, nervous about this big step and mumbling about offers and sales prices, we'd text Dan Plowman Team. And they'd reply in minutes. Seriously, the most prompt, reassuring, and informative replies, right away. If half of their other clients were as annoying as us...let's just say this team deserves a month-long getaway to a beach somewhere far, far away from their phone or computer.
