While there is limited opportunity to purchase waterfront property directly on Lake Ontario, there are some options here. There is also exclusive waterfront property on a few of the beautiful neighborhood lakes within Courtice, like on Arnold Johnston Street and Worden Drive.

Courtice Waterfront Homes

The Courtice real estate market offers waterfront homes, but there is limited property available. This means listings are very exclusive, extremely sought after, and private.

The homes for sale found on Lake Ontario are typically multi-million dollar luxury estates, but there is not an abundance of listings. This is because of how preserved and beautiful the Courtice waterfront area is, with much of the shoreline being covered by popular places like Darlington Provincial Park and Alijco Beach.

Courtice Road is a residential street that runs along the south part of the city here, and connects many of the subdivisions and streets that might have houses for sale on Lake Ontario, or at least with a view of it.

There are a few homes with a body of water incredibly close to it, if not entirely beside the residence. Lagoons, creeks, and ponds are found throughout Courtice, many of which are also home to playgrounds, parks, and off leash areas for pets. Courtice is a very walkable community and the spots to admire the views of water are appreciated and enjoyed by all.

Three intersecting streets -- Worden Drive, Arnold Johnston Street, and Meadowglade Road -- surround one of the largest community ponds here in Courtice, the Storm Management Pond. The homes line the outside edges of this peaceful spot, to be enjoyed by anyone in the spacious, fenced in backyards. It might just be the best place to host a barbecue in all of Courtice.
